At TT, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TT account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
